Tata Motors on Tuesday announced that it will increase prices of its passenger vehicle range, including electric vehicles, from April. This will be the second time the company will hike its vehicle prices. This comes just a day after it said it would increase prices of commercial vehicles by 2 per cent from the next month. The adjustments comes to partially offset the impact of rising input costs. The company said that the extent of the hike The extent of the hike will depend on the model and variant. The company had previously hiked the prices of its passenger vehicles by up to 3 per cent in January. Tata Motors sells a range of passenger vehicles, including electric vehicles priced between Rs 5 lakh and Rs 25.09 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Maruti Suzuki also announced plans to hike prices of its entire model range by up to 4 per cent from next month.
