EMERGENCY fly-half signing Josh Thomas could make his debut off the bench as the Dragons welcome back Harri Keddie and Wales internationals Aaron Wainwright, Elliot Dee and Rhodri Williams for this evening's clash with Ulster (kick-off 5.15pm).
