The growing number of MSPs stampeding towards the exit at the next Holyrood election could learn a thing or 23 from former MP Mhairi Black about getting yourself out there in the job market. Shortly after leaving the Commons at last year’s General Election, the one-time baby of the House (just 20 when she was first elected) performed a sold out, stand up gig at the Fringe. Now BBC Scotland has given her an hour-long documentary to say more about her Westminster experience, her hopes for the future, and a lot more besides. No offence, but I cannot see the same attention being lavished on Shona Robison (or that she would want it).
