We’re standing in front of Glasgow’s newest bridge and there’s just days to go until it opens to the public. The man who’s been running the project is here and so are people from both sides of the river who campaigned for it to be built. There’s some talk, because this is Glasgow, about what the bridge’s nickname will be (swingy? pointy?) but mostly, the talk is about the effect it could have. The hope is that it’s going to be big.
