Neil Speakman ran over his son Albie, three, in a defective farm machine. He went on trial, accused of gross negligence manslaughter. The 39-year-old was cleared of that charge by a jury, but was jailed for 12 months having earlier admitted breaching health and safety laws. Albie's mum Leah, reacting to the sentence, said: "One year for a life, it will never be enough." Court reporter Amy Walker looks back in depth at the tragic case.
