Chia Oh, 46, said her daughter Sofia, 17, had been on her way to Colchester Royal Grammar School on Tuesday morning when the incident happened.  Sofia, of Colchester, was riding from Magdalen Street and planning to cross straight over St Botolphs Roundabout.
