Lee Castleton was left bankrupt, and his story featured in ITV drama about scandal

The former post office operator Lee Castleton, one of the highest-profile victims of the Horizon IT scandal, has become the first individual to launch legal action against the Post Office and Fujitsu.

Castleton, who was played by the actor Will Mellor in the hit ITV drama Mr Bates vs The Post Office, was made bankrupt by the Post Office after a two-year legal battle.
