Coast Guard ends search for Vernon Glasford, 52, missing after boat capsized off Queens on Sunday, killing three

Three people died, two others were hospitalized and one was presumed dead after a boat sank in New York City on Sunday, according to the US Coast Guard.

One of the hospitalized people was in critical condition on Monday morning, police said, a day after the speedboat took on water 5 miles (8km) south-east of Breezy Point, a neighborhood at the tip of Queens’ Rockaway peninsula.
