Louisa Palmisano, killed while enjoying a ‘happy family day out’, was described as the ‘sweetest, kindest’ girl

The family of a three-year-old girl who was killed in a crash between a van and a tram in Manchester have paid tribute to the “sweetest, kindest, and most generous little girl”.

Louisa Palmisano, known as Lulu, was enjoying a “happy family day out” when she was hit by the van shortly before 10am on Saturday, her parents said.
