Former Criminal Bar Association chair Navjot Sidhu denies predatory behaviour towards two women

A former chair of the Criminal Bar Association made a woman who was an aspiring lawyer have sex with him against her wishes, a disciplinary tribunal has heard.

Navjot “Jo” Sidhu, who was once a contender to be the director of public prosecutions is charged with 10 breaches of the Bar Standards Board (BSB) rules for alleged predatory behaviour towards two women.
