Thirteen years after Sherman Kirby Quisses's death, an inquest jury has determined it was a homicide, in a case that saw a murder charge stayed. Quisses, of Neskantaga First Nation in northwestern Ontario, died after an altercation with a fellow inmate at the Thunder Bay Correctional Centre.
