Bass, Janisse Quiñones, the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Engineer of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), and Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Chief Kristin Crowley are all preoccupied with DEI instead of doing their jobs effectively.
