Canadian activist accuses Hong Kong of meddling, but is proud of reward for arrest

VANCOUVER — A Vancouver-based activist is accusing Hong Kong authorities of meddling in Canada’s internal affairs after police in the Chinese territory issued a warrant for his arrest.
