The Nigerian Navy has vowed to lead the charge in achieving a 100 per cent reduction in crude oil theft in the Niger Delta region. Speaking after a gruelling 12-kilometre march with his team, the Commander of Nigerian Navy Ship (NNS) Pathfinder, Commodore Desmond Igbo, declared that the Navy was fit and ready to tackle the menace of oil bunkering head-on.
