The Coalition of Northern Youth Imams, on Saturday, cautioned their colleagues against misconception over Sokoto State reform laws, saying the rumour of deposing the Sultan by Sultanate Council was untrue. The clerics disclosed this during a two-day workshop to sensitise the Muslim clerics and Imams on the need to verify information with regards to the sultanate before making conclusions.
