Following the Supreme Court’s Thursday judgement on local councils’ autonomy, human rights group, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called for the refund of local councils’ funds collected by the 36 state governors and Federal Capital Territory (FCT) minister.
