THE Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, on Thursday, warned the Nigerian Governors Forum, NGF, against any surreptitious move to thwart the recent Supreme Court judgment that granted total financial autonomy to the local government administration in the country, or use any other means to make it ineffective.
