The Peoples Democratic Party in Kwara State has lambasted Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, for scrapping the Kwara State Community and Social Development Agency, a World Bank-assisted programme facilitated by former governor, Bukola Saraki. The PDP frowed on AbdulRazaq’s decision, removing KWASCDA, a programme designed to address critical infrastructural deficits in rural communities, from the
