The Nigerian Institute of Building, Lagos Chapter, has asserted that the engagement of unqualified professionals in the built environment is fuelling building collapse and regulatory non-compliance. The Chairman of the Nigerian Institute of Building, Lagos Chapter, Thomas Adeoye, said this while announcing the 2025 edition of NIOB Builders’ Week, themed ‘Builders’ Role in Effective Building
