The former Ogun State Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria, Nurudeen Alowonle, has taken legal action against Governor Dapo Abiodun, the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Sina Ogungbade (SAN), and the incumbent union chairman, Taofeek Sokoya, also known as Danku.  Alowonle is urging the National Industrial Court in Ibadan
