The Lagos State Government has reiterated its firm commitment to investing in human capital development to enhance governance and service delivery. The Commissioner for Establishments and Training, Afolabi Ayantayo, made the assertion at a training programme with the theme: “Leading in a Digital Age,” organised by the Ministry of Establishments and Training for middle-level officers.
