The Jigawa State Governor Mallam Umar Namadi has inaugurated the ceremony, leading to the distribution of ATM cards for cash transfer to beneficiaries throughout Jigawa State. Inaugurating the event held Wednesday, held at the Dutse Local Government Secretariat, the governor said the exercise marked the beginning of a new initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable individuals
