Not less than three million household members across 456,000 smallholder farmers and rural entrepreneurs in Northern Nigeria are set to benefit from the International Fund for Agricultural Development and the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Value Chain Development Programme. This was disclosed by an IFAD official, Dr Isaac Mensah, during the Value Chain Programme in Northern
