A man, Sunday Echege, has been arrested by police operatives in Enugu State for cutting off his wife’s wrist over a suspicion of infidelity. PUNCH Metro learnt in a statement by the state Police Public Relations Officer, Daniel Ndukwe, on Tuesday, that the incident occurred in the Ibagwa-Ani community in the Nsukka Local Government Area
