A rising female music video director and videographer, Onyia Chidinma, aka Niyas Lenz, has called for more women to take on directorial roles in the music industry. In an interview with Sunday Scoop, she stated, “Yes, we need more female directors in the industry. Women tend to be more detail-oriented and can approach visuals, emotions
