The Chief of Defence Staff, Gen Christopher Musa, on Tuesday said the arrest of pro-Biafran agitator,  Simon Ekpa, in Finland has brought down the level of insecurity in the South-East zone of the country. He also stated that the launch of Operation Udoka by the Defence Headquarters is gradually restoring peace in the troubled region.
