Kano State Governor, Abba Yusuf, has commended the committee responsible for the distribution of school uniforms to primary school pupils for returning ₦100 million of unspent funds from the ₦2 billion allocated for the project. Speaking at the distrobution of 798,000 school uniforms for Primary One pupils at the Kano Government House, Yusuf described the
