UK-based energy revenue management company, SteamaCo, has merged with Nigerian digital energy solutions provider, Shyft Power Solutions. The merger, announced on Tuesday, coincides with a fresh funding round led by Equator VC, along with Praetura Ventures and KawiSafi Ventures, all of whom are prominent investors in African and climate technology. It marks a strategic union
