The All Progressives Congress has been declared the winner of the local government elections held in Kwara State on Saturday. A statement released by the State Independent Electoral Commission chairman, Mohammed Baba-Okanla, and made available to the press on Sunday morning noted that the ruling APC won all chairmanship and councillorship seats across the 16
