The Peoples Democratic Party chairmanship candidate in Offa Local Government Area of Kwara State, Salahudeen Lukman, has sated that council election didn’t take place in the area. In a statement on Saturday, Lukman said election fixed for today, Saturday didn’t hold in the local government due to severe logistical failures and irregularities. The PDP candidate
