The Federal Government has promised to continue its support and intervention in the education of special needs learners to break the barrier to quality education in the country. This was made known by the Executive Secretary of Universal Basic Education Commission, Dr Hamid Bobboyi, in Uyo Akwa Ibom State capital, during the capacity building workshop
