The Ogun State Head of Service, Mr Kehinde Onasanya, has urged information managers to embrace Information Communication Technology tools for effective information dissemination, which is central to mobilising and ensuring the success of government programmes and policies. Onasanya made this call in a statement released on Thursday while declaring open a two-day training programme titled
