Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has extended a hand of solidarity to flood victims in Borno State, presenting a ₦100 million cheque to support recovery efforts. Radda, on behalf of the government and people of Katsina, visited Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, on Wednesday to offer condolences and aid in the wake of the recent
