The Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mr Jamiu Alli-Balogun made this known at the unveiling of the programme at Education Resource Centre in Lagos on Tuesday. According to him, the programme is a comprehensive initiative designed to help WAEC and NECO candidates achieve academic excellence in their external examinations.
