The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, stated this at a news conference on Tuesday in Abuja. The court of appeal had recently upheld the judgment of the High Court removing Sen. Samuel Anyanwu as the PDP National Secretary. Ologunagba said that as a law-abiding party, PDP would comply with the orders of both the high court and the court of appeal which affirmed Udeh-Okoye as the party’s national secretary.
