The operation was carried out in synergy and collaboration with the troops of the 17 Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Police, DSS, Community Watch Corps and Vigilantes. They mounted a successful offensive on bandits camps in Kadoji, Matso- Matso, Bagga, Dogon Marke and Takatsaba areas of Jibia Local Government Area in Katsina state. The State Governor, Mallam Umar Dikko Radda expressed excitement over the triumph.
