The Nasrul-Lahi-l-Fatih Society (NASFAT) President Worldwide, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, has felicitated with Muslims across the globe as they mark the joyous occasion of Eid al-Fitr, signifying the end of the sacred month of Ramadan.
Speaking on behalf of NASFAT stakeholders and members worldwide, Alhaji AbdulRauf congratulated the Muslim Ummah, saying the first day of Eid falls on Sunday for most Muslim-majority nations.
“As Muslims in Nigeria and across the world conclude the month of Ramadan and celebrate Eid al-Fitr, NASFAT extends heartfelt congratulations. May this blessed occasion strengthen our faith, deepen our compassion, and inspire continued acts of service to humanity,” AbdulRauf said.
He noted NASFAT’s unwavering support for millions of displaced persons and refugees, urging societies to uphold justice and compassion.
He said, “As a responsible religious organization, we must remain a source of hope for the oppressed. Governments worldwide must prioritize security, efficient social services, and economic stability to ease the burdens of their citizens.
“As Muslims globally celebrate Eid, let us renew our dedication to respecting all faiths and fostering interreligious harmony. The Holy Qur’an teaches us to stand for justice and embrace our diversity as a means of understanding one another.”
He also said that the principle of religious freedom strengthens the world, and NASFAT remains committed to working with leaders of all faiths to uphold peace, tolerance, and mutual respect.
He said, “To all Muslims celebrating, NASFAT wishes you and your families a blessed Eid. May the spirit of Ramadan’s generosity and devotion continue throughout the year. Eid Mubarak!”
“As faithful Muslims, let us uphold the values of Ramadan until the next. May Almighty Allah grant us the grace to witness many more on earth. Ameen.”
