Mr Charles Odii, the Director General of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), has won the Public Sector CEO of the Year 2024 Award at the #IndependentAwards2024 which at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Saturday night.
