Taiwans envoy to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit, Lin Hsin-I, met with outgoing US President Joe Biden on Friday during the APEC Leaders Informal Dialogue in Perus Lima and extended an invitation for him to visit Taiwan, Focus Taiwan reported.
