The chairman of the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill and BJP MP Jagdambika Pal on Thursday arrived at the Parliament to meet the Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and submit his committees final report on the bill.
