After heavy deployment of security personnel amid the ongoing ruckus in poll-bound Deoli Uniara assembly constituency, the Rajasthan Police on Thursday arrested Independent candidate Naresh Meena who allegedly slapped Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Amit Chaudhary at a polling booth in Samravata village.
