Former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Kavinder Gupta, on Monday addressed the recent surge in terror attacks in the region, highlighting two key factors contributing to the violence. He emphasized the necessity to recognize local involvement in these incidents, which he said are aimed at creating an atmosphere of unrest in Jammu and Kashmir. There are 2 reasons behind it. First, we have to accept that there is local involvement somewhere. Such places are being searched which can create an atmosphere of violence and unrest among the people. Incidents like this have not happened in Kashmir for 3 years, Deputy CM Kavinder Gupta said while speaking to ANI.
