Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha attended the swearing-in ceremony of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and also joined the Chief Ministers conclave of the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Chandigarh where he spoke on TB Mukt Bharat.
