Bharatiya Janata Party MP Ravi Shankar Prasad took a jibe at Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition, Rahul Gandhi, saying that he needs permission to visit Haryana as the party has become Hooda Congress in the state, in a reference to the Hooda family.
