BJP National Spokesperson Shazia Ilmi on Thursday lashed out at National Conference Vice-President Omar Abdullah for peddling lies to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and said that todays votes are being cast with complete transparency in J-K, unlike the previous elections marked by alleged rigging.
