Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) SC Morcha National General Secretary, Sanjay Nirmal, claimed on Friday that the Congress party has always been against the Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) since Independence.
