As the campaihn for the Haryana assembly elections enters the final phase, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday morning arrived and paid a surprise visit at the residence of Amit Singhs son Veer Singhs house in Gogripur village here and fulfilled his promise made in the United States to Amit. The Lok Sabha LoP had met Singh while on his US visit.
