A six-year-old boy was kidnapped in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, after two men on a motorcycle threw chilli powder into his mother's eyes. The incident occurred in the Morar area while the mother was waiting for her son's school bus. Police have announced a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of the accused and the rescue of the boy.
