Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of not reading the Constitution, saying the BJP insults national icons. Gandhi claimed Modi feels the Constitution is blank because he has never read it. He also alleged that the BJP and RSS insult tribals by referring to them as "vanvasi" instead of "adivasi." Gandhi said the Constitution contains the soul of India and the principles envisaged by national icons like Birsa Munda, Gautam Buddha, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi.
