Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday attended the flag-in ceremony of the triumphant mountaineering expedition, accomplished by Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering & Winter Sports, Pahalgam, and interacted with the expedition team at Raj Bhawan.
